AVN Hydraulik A/S has January 1, 2015 taken over BB Hydraulik A/S from the two owners Nels Brandt and Ove Bruun.
BB Hydraulik Service was established in 1997 and specializes in hydraulic systems and proportional technology.
Business activities include all types of hydraulic service and repair, construction, maintenance and renovation of hydraulic systems, machinery and pumps, and installation of equipment, eg. crane mounts in hydraulic systems. Customers are found within the bridges, marine, industrial, off-shore and waste and environment.
AVN Hydraulik A/S is also specialized in hydraulic solutions for Danish and northern European industry, and is part of the AVN Group who are specialists in sheet metal working machines, hydraulics, automation, hand tools, cutting tools, pneumatic tools, torque tightening tools, drill, grind and rivets, and includes, besides AVN Hydraulik AVN Pladeteknik A/S and AVN Teknik A/S.
BB Hydraulik A/S continues in its own name but as part of the AVN Group. Ove Bruun continues after the sale as president of the company on Funen.
Sesam Partners has completed the sales process of BB Hydraulik Service and advised the owners about the sale.
