A MBO-team from Baltic Shipping Company A/S led by Ronnie Holding and Peter Aarosin, together with the senior executives Mikkel Schmidt and Thomas Olsen has through Baltic Holding, Hundested Ltd. acquired all the shares in the company from the German owner Rhenus Maritime Services GmbH.
Baltic Shipping, which dates back to the 40’s, is engaged in chartering, agency, stevedoring and ship management. The company is a leader in Denmark in all the above segments in the ship category short sea coaster in Northern European voyages.
Sesame Partners has assisted MBO team in negotiations with the seller, advised on the acquisition structure and assisted in the financing og the transaction.
