PMW Engineering develops, manufactures and sells machines for process companies. PMW is thus a leading manufacturer of capsule handling equipment for dairies in Northern Europe and a recognized supplier of container and packaging handling equipment for the food and beverage industry as well as for the pharmaceutical, chemical-technical and cosmetic industries.
The seller is Mr. Per Weiss, who founded the company in 1990 and who, with the sale, has wanted to step down his business activities.
The buyer is the company behind Jesma Vejeteknik A/S, which produces weighing and dosing systems for companies throughout Europe.
With the acquisition, Palle Serup, who owns Jesma Vejeteknik, wants to expand its area of activity, just as there was a a number of common customers between the companies.
Per Weiss continues as general manager of the company.
Sesam Partners advised the seller throughout the process and conducted a structured sales process with a number of Danish and foreign potential buyers.
