Demolition and environmental sanitation company LH Hockerup A/S has taken over all activities and employees of the demolition firm Per Rasmussen Nedbrydning og Skrotning.
LH Hockerup has worked for many years with demolition, renovation and debugging. They employ 30 salaried and hourly workers 80-100. Turnover is about 120 million. kr.
Per Rasmussen Nedbrydning og Skrotning operates in the same workspace as LH Hockerup. All employees will remain at LH Hockerup.
Per Rasmussen is domiciled in Bjerringbro, and LH Hockerup will use the acquisition as a platform for further expansion in Jutland, in addition to the activities on Zealand, which have been the homebase until now.
Sesam Partners has acted as adviser to LH Hockerup in connection with the acquisition.
