The 130-year-old adhesives producer Nordcoll A/S has through the acquisition of all chemistry activities in Flexfilling ApS completed its third acquisition in 2014.
Flexfilling is a modern international company that provides simple and compact solutions for handling and packaging of non-food products.
Flexfilling specializes in toll manufacturing and contract packaging, including the manufacture, blending, filling and labeling of non-food powders, granules, high as well as low-viscosity liquids and gels. I handles anything from 2 gram tubes/sachets to Big Bags and pallet containers.
Nordcoll A/S already has extensive experience in filling and packaging of liquid products and can now offer an even greater range of filling and packaging tasks. Flexfillings owner and director, Johnny Sid continues in Nordcoll A/S as sales director. Nordcoll has earlier this year taken over Boesens Fabrikker and Samson Enviro Industries, and the activities of the four companies will now be coordinated in Kvistgaard where the current factory will be expanded.
Sesam Partners has identified Flexfilling as possible acquisition target, and has advised NORDCOLL about the acquisition.
