Demolition contractor LH Hockerup A / S has taken over all activities and employees in diamond cutting company M. Niemann.
LH Hockerup have worked for many years with demolition, renovation and debugging. They employ 30 salaried and 80 to 100 hourly workers. Turnover is about 120 million kr.
Niemann’s activities in drilling and cutting will be integrated into LH Hockerup as a separate department, both to contribute to projects at LH Hockerup and to serve external customers.
Sesame Partners has acted as adviser to LH Hockerup in connection with the acquisition.
