Trade and design company Lafinesse have got Peter Ronne as co-owner and new CEO.
Lafinesse is Europe’s largest company in the proprietary decorative signs, magnets with text and knobs for drawers and cupboards. Furthermore, a large range of furnishings and decor articles is found in the assortment. In total Lafinesse has more than 8,000 articles, which are distributed to customers throughout Europe through an efficient ordering and distribution system. The company’s turnover has grown significantly over the last 3-4 years, and reached 33 million kr. last year.
The former owner Jimmy Laybourn wanted more time for other activities, and therefore sought a shareholder who could manage the business and take it to the next level.
Sesame Partners conducted a structured sales process with a number of interested buyers, which ended with Peter Rønne as co-owner of the company. Peter Rønne has a solid export orientated background from the fashion world gained through employment in particular InWear, Sand and DK Company.
