CEO Heidi Behrens has bought the remaining 35% of the shares in Trademade Cosmetics A/S from 3D Ejendomsrådgivning ApS through her holding company The Sidewalk Run ApS.
Trademade Cosmetics is one of Denmark’s largest independent distributors of international brands in perfume, cosmetics, hair and skin care. In close partnership with suppliers and dealers, they deliver attractive and sought after products to the Nordic market. The company was founded in 2004, has 15 employees, is in good growth and had an EBITDA of MDKK 3 in 2017.
Sesam Partners assisted Heidi Behrens in the negotiations and helped to provide the necessary funding.
