Glova Rail A/S sold to Lagercrantz

Glova Rail A/S has been sold to the Swedish listed company Lagercrantz.

Glova Rail manufactures vacuum toilets for use in trains and has a large sale of spare parts for
other toilet brands. The products are sold to train owners, train manufacturers and service companies worldwide.

Glova Rail has 18 employees and realized an EBITDA of DKK 15 million in 2022.

Lagercrantz is a business-to-business technology group within electronics, electrify,
communication and related areas. Several of the group’s companies are market leaders in their
niche.

Lagercrantz operates in seven countries in Europe and in China. The group has around 2,300
employees and a turnover of approx. SEK 5.5 billion.

Glova Rail was sold in a process where Sesam Partners presented a larger number of foreign
and Danish industrial and financial buyers with the purchase option. Sesam Partners handled
the entire sales process including preparation of sales material, buyers list, management
presentations, data room and due diligence as well as negotiations with the final buyer.
