Bravida Denmark A / S has acquired the installation company Vinther & Strøm A / S from the current owners Lars Vinther, Tue Falkenstrøm and Jens Christian Møller.
Vinther & Strøm makes everything from traditional electrical installations in both turnkey as main contracts to telecommunications and data installations, operating systems and fire and security systems. In addition, the company supplies service and rostering. The primary customer groups are builders, general contractors and industrial companies. The company has 52 employees, all of which will continue in Bravida. The previous owners will all have leading posts in Bravida Region Øst.
Bravida is one of the largest installation and service companies in the country with approximately 1,430 employees and offices in most parts of the country. They provide total solutions for electrical, plumbing and ventilation – and are specialists in power transmission, railway engineering, fire and security, sprinklers, elevators, traffic systems, automation, gaze, district heating, tele / data and video surveillance.
