Bigini Reklamebureau ApS has been sold to Standleje ApS.
Since 1986 Bigini Reklame ApS has been involved in building stands and total trade fairs primarily at book fairs for Nordic book publishers. The company is responsible for the design, planning and construction of individual stands and for total halls at trade fairs in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Italy. The company has extensive equipment for rent to customers. The company employs 5 employees and also has a stabel group of 5-10 people who are hired for specific exhibitions in Denmark and abroad.
Bigini assumes full project management of exhibitions with regard to the delivery of the contractual basis with exhibition halls, designing, planning and construction of stands and total halls. In addition, they provide assistance during the fairs and carry out dismantling and cleanup for exhibitors.
Sesam Partners advised the seller and implemented a structured sales process with a number of interested Danish buyers. The buyer became Standleje ApS, a company in the same industry as Bigini Reklame ApS.
