OneOffice A/S sold to Simple Agency Group A/S

OneOffice A/S has been acquired by the rapidly growing Simple Agency Group A/S.

OneOffice is a modern IT services company helping small and medium-sized businesses maintain full control of their Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring they remain secure, up to date and efficient. The company’s proprietary security platform, KOMPAS, adds an additional layer of monitoring and protection.

Its services are delivered through flexible subscription agreements, providing customers with a single point of contact for IT operations, support and advisory services.

OneOffice has 12 employees and generates EBITDA of DKK 5.3 million.

Simple Agency Group comprises a number of companies that collectively provide comprehensive solutions across IT, web development and digital marketing. The group serves more than 5,000 customers and employs over 175 highly skilled professionals.

Both of OneOffice’s former owners will continue in their current roles and, in connection with the transaction, have become shareholders in Simple Agency Group.

OneOffice was sold through a structured process in which Sesam Partners presented the acquisition opportunity to a broad range of strategic and financial buyers. Sesam Partners managed the entire sale process, including the preparation of marketing materials and buyer lists, management presentations, due diligence, and negotiations with the successful buyer.
